Keoghs is committed to providing an environment that supports our employees to more easily balance family, life and work obligations.  This includes providing flexibility to our employees around weekly working hours or days and daily working patterns.  We also offer the option for employees to condense a proportion of their weekly working hours dependent on the role and business requirements.  In addition to formal flexible working requests we also consider informal requests and arrangements to ensure we are supporting our employees to the best of our ability.
