Tim first joined Keoghs in 2012 as an Associate before becoming a Partner in 2019. His role sees him having overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a number of client relationships across the business.
In addition to his client-facing roles, Tim is responsible for the co-ordination of sales opportunities across the Counter-Fraud Services division, working closely with clients and CFS Partners to support the development of new initiatives and products. He also regularly presents to clients on a wide range of motor related topics.
Tim maintains a small case load dealing with the defence of fraudulent motor claims ranging from high value credit hire claims to matters involving issues of causation.
