T: 01519217122

Natalie was called to the Bar by Inner Temple in 2008, having won the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple Exhibition Scholarship and Duke of Edinburgh Entrance Scholarship. In 2011 Natalie cross-qualified to become a solicitor and has obtained her higher rights of audience. Her practice encompasses advocacy across the counter-fraud arena, including fraudulent claims arising from staged and contrived road traffic accidents, fraud rings and exaggeration. She also has experience in dealing with EL/PL disputes and professional risk. Natalie deals with all hearings up to and including trials. Natalie has detailed knowledge of issues arising from insurance indemnity, which she utilises across all aspects of her practice. She has a developing specialism in large loss and catastrophic injury cases, in respect of which she settles a full range of pleadings and provides detailed advice; often involving valuation and assessment of claims in light of complex medical presentation. Her work in this area includes advocacy at interlocutory applications and Costs/Case Management. Natalie liaises with Keoghs specialist Counter-Fraud, Fraud Rings and Complex Credit Hire teams to develop and implement joined up strategies, focused on delivering
optimum results in defending fraudulent claims; in particular targeting professional enablers and claims layering. She is also extensively involved in the development and management of the Advocacy Team and the delivery of legal training, both internally and externally; including the Advocacy Team mock trial.
