Mike has over 35 years’ experience handling insurance claims on behalf of leading insurers. His work is focused on catastrophic injury claims, including motor claims, employers and public liability, but he also has expertise in products claims and policy interpretation. He is known for providing concise and incisive, commercially grounded legal advice on a wide range of insurance related disputes including policy interpretation and claims investigation. Mike has increasingly been involved in pre-action claims investigation work which he undertakes nationally.
